SCALLOPS

TENDER BAY OF FUNDY SCALLOPS, DRY FROZEN INDIVIDUALLY

We offer only “dry pack” scallops which are of greater quality than soaked scallops. Dry pack scallops will be from a creamy ivory colour to a slight tan colour.  Soaked scallops are overly white and very plump because they undergo treatment that becomes visible when the scallops seep a lot of milky water.

Our scallops are available in a variety of sizes. The smaller the number, the bigger the size.
